Server Log Files

The page provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. This data is not combined with other data sources. The collection of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of its website – for this purpose, server log files must be recorded.

Contact Form and Email Contact

If you use our contact form, your details (email address, message, topic, the page you sent it from and – if provided – your name and the address of your existing website or Google Business Profile) are forwarded by our server by email to our mailbox. They are not stored in a database. If you contact us by email, your inquiry including all resulting personal data (name, inquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR if your inquiry is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of inquiries directed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

The data you send to us by email will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

Google Analytics

On our homepage we use Google Analytics 4 – only with your consent. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google Analytics records how visitors use the website (e.g. pages viewed, time on page, referrer, device and browser, truncated IP address) and stores cookies on your device for up to 2 years.

The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 para. 1 TDDDG. Without consent, Google Analytics is not activated. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of the EU Commission). A data processing agreement is in place with Google.
